Replacement Policy

Eligible items: All items purchased from our store are eligible for replacement within 24 hours of the date of delivery after that no request would be entertained.

Condition of replacement items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Items must not be used or damaged.

Process for replacement: To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team. Pickup person will come to pickup the courier and also instructions ll be given on how to return the item.

Cost of replacement: Replacements are free of charge. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind when requesting a replacement:

 

The replacement item may not be available in the same color or size as the original item.

There may be a delay in processing your replacement request.
