What is idekors’s Cancellation Policy?
 
You can cancel an order until it has not shipped or packed. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
 
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
 
Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, same you can mention in whatsapp or call us.
 
 
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
 
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 2-5 days from the time of order cancellation.
  
I didnt like the item and i want to cancel it?
If a customer happens to not like the item for any reason then he/she can raise an email or can also whatsapp us for the return request on our given contact details. Just to be informed in case of return one side charges is to be bear by the customer and that is 10 percent of the cost of the item( eg - 5000 mrp so 500 is to be levied and shall be deducted from the total amount?
